Positions he has held include cost engineer, estimator, project engineer, project superintendent, as well as vice president and president of a medium size civil construction company.
    Glenn Nohara is a director of the General Contractors Association of Hawaii (GCA) and a life governor of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC).
